Raise your yang energy and awaken your inner warrior, through Hatha and Yin Yoga, Qi Gung dynamic energy meditation and tantric exercises we will reach new heights of sensation.

We will work with movement and stillness, light and darkness, strength and stretch, work and rest ;) Most of all about the body in every single moment.

The session will start at 7pm and end around 10pm, the door is open from 6:30pm if you want to come early and have a tea and enjoy the view from the 25th floor ;)

The price for the workshop is 300kr per person, payable via mobile pay or cash on arrival.
