After completing the basic 200hr Yoga Teacher Training many ambitious Yoga teachers want to further their knowledge and spend more time getting into deeper detail with every subject carried on from their first Yoga certification. The 300hr program further develops on the material from 200hr as well as additions like Therapeutic Yoga - Iyengar tradition and personalising Yoga programs for individual needs. The course also offers you the opportunity to fine tune your teaching skills as well as exploring other styles of Yoga and Meditation guidance. Upon successful completion of both the 200hr and the 300hr trainings you will reach the Yoga Alliance designation RYT-500 and with teaching experience E-RYT-500.

Multi style Yoga certification - RYT-300
Hatha & Therapeutic Yoga, but you will also get an insight into other styles like
Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga and Aerial Yoga

16:15-18:00 - Pranayama, Asana & Meditation (less dynamic)
