Tan-tra, energy expansion...

Tantra is often misunderstood in modern culture as something intrinsically connected to sex and sexual intimacy, when in fact the ancient art of Tantra, as old as the Yoga tradition itself, is aimed at awakening our true potential as sentient beings. Deepening our awareness of our selves and other, being in our true natural form without judgement or expectations. Finding love and intimacy inside, instead of placing our solutions outside ourselves we must practice Svadhyaya (Self-Study) and watch what happens as we release pent up energy stored in the body and make room for more expansion of our hearts and souls.

One on one tantra sessions are given with love, with or without clothing. Begin with 1 session or a bundle of 3 sessions, over 3 weeks with 3 clear goals.

Increasing your vital energy receptivity - Increasing your ability to give your “self” up and surrendering - Honouring your human capacity for compassion and capability for co-creation.

Couples sessions are also available upon request, combining breath work, meditation, tantric touch and energy development, for lovers, partners and all other couples, contact Bjørn for more details.

Partner Tantra Yoga...

In all of our partner practices we observe the utmost discretion, understanding and respect of each others boundaries at all times, part of training our intuition and non-verbal communication is to start to practice, examining and understanding our own boundaries and bodies better. If you're in a relationship your can choose to come with your partner and work exclusively together or you can come to work with others as well. All other participants will be paired at random in the different workshops.

In our workshops we aim to create an environment that allows 100% focus, on feeling, seeing and experiencing the voice that comes from deep within, your natural power and intuition. In media and marketing today one of the most commonly used words is mindfulness, but what does mindfulness really mean? Is it a momentary concentration or a constant awareness of yourself and the world around you? Any and all definitions are left up to the individual, because every experience is different, but a previous participant in our workshops has said:

“Gay Yoga, Tantra massage and movement, were mixed in an excellent way to ease us in a journey of getting in touch with our selves, daring to be open, naked and intimate with another and also being together as a group. The latter was especially important for me. It’s easy for me to connect one on one, but I don't by default feel part of a group. The workshop really did a difference for me! I feel connected to others more now than ever. Not only to gay men but to everybody. Can't wait for upcoming workshops!”  Feedback from previous participant.
