What to expect on a Gay Tantra, Yoga & Massage retreat?
In our workshops we aim to create a safe space, full of support and comfort. Helping to facilitate a release of emotions, physical and mental tensions, a common space filled with acceptance of our selves and others. Creating a beautiful sense of connectedness with each other and our self, without expectations or demands.
Through the practice of tantric partner exercises, not purely massage but also Hatha Yoga inspired postures, we let our breath and our bodies guide us in an expansion of energy throughout the body. Allowing our minds to be quiet and our senses to take over, triggering the nervous system to help a deep sense of calm to manifest.
With an open mind and an open heart you can learn to unite yourself with other people and the infinite energy that we all share.
