This 3 hour workshop is focused on your senses, sight, sound, smell, touch and taste. We will explore and enjoy the physical, mental and energetic workings of the male body, through all of our sensational sensory systems.

We will work with solo, duo and group exercises all intent on raising our vibration collectively through activation and stimulation of our senses. Meeting with open hearts, open minds and warm loving bodies to create contact on all energetic levels.

As always, each participants individual boundaries are to be respected as we want to love and lift each other up. In a safe, secure and supportive space, we give and receive from our hearts.
