No previous experience needed, everyone is welcome
We open the session with a short workshop on consent and communication, it's of the utmost importance that all participants feel supported and safe, so we respect our own and each others boundaries!

Gentle nude yoga and tantric meditations, dynamic, energetic and deeply connecting to our own heart as well as each others. 3 hours of gentle, sensual exercises, breath work and touch, giving and receiving love from the heart without expectations or demands
