Traditional Hatha - Ancient practice in new bodies

Inversions have numerous benefits for the body and mind, by resting your heart it helps your body to relax, normally with deep breathing a 5 minute a day inversion would be great but it doesn't have to be this one ;P

You can just lay down with a pillow under your bum to raise your tailbone and put your legs up the wall! It's super simple, low impact, anyone can do it and it great to everyone, learn more in May.
